11.1 SMS Communication
Behavioral Milestones may use SMS (text messaging) to communicate with you regarding appointments, updates, and other relevant information. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages, you consent to receive text messages from us.

11.2 Opt-In and Opt-Out

You can opt in to receive SMS messages by providing your mobile phone number and confirming your consent through a checkbox on our intake form, or through other clearly marked opt-in methods. You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any message you receive from us. After you send the message “STOP” to us, we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, you will have to sign up as you did the first time.
